Choose yourself. Trust yourself. Move Forward.

If this sounds like you, you're in the right place.

You say yes when you want to say no—and the guilt shows up before the sentence is even out of your mouth.

You put everyone else first—not because you don't know you matter, but because choosing yourself can feel uncomfortable. You worry about disappointing people, creating conflict, or losing connection.

You hesitate to speak up—at work, in your relationships, or even with the people closest to you—because keeping the peace can feel easier than saying what you really need.

You're exhausted in a way that rest doesn't always fix—because you're constantly thinking about what everyone else needs, expects, or feels.

You know what you want to do differently. But when the moment comes, you overthink, hesitate, or fall back into the same familiar pattern.

And over time, it takes a toll. You feel unfulfilled. Resentful. Disconnected from yourself. You may look at your life and wonder, “When did I stop feeling like me?”

Welcome to Moving Forward with Ceci.

You already know you should choose yourself.

So why does it still feel so hard?

Because your mind may understand what you need...but your body is still trying to protect you from becoming the woman you were never taught it was safe to be.

Somewhere along the way—through your family, your culture, your relationships, or the roles you learned to play—your body learned that your needs should come last. And those patterns can follow you into your relationships, your work, and the way you relate to yourself.

I'm Ceci, and I created MOVE Forward™ to help women bridge the gap between knowing and doing. Through psychology-informed coaching, nervous system regulation, mind-body practices, and sound healing, you'll learn to recognize self-abandonment patterns, reconnect with yourself, and build greater self-trust.

THE METHOD — MOVE FORWARD

What is MOVE Forward™?

MOVE Forward™ is a coaching method built on real psychology and nervous system science.

It's based on one insight that changes everything:

You can't think your way out of a pattern your body still experiences as a threat.

Most approaches work with your mind OR your body. MOVE Forward™ works both — because the pattern of self-abandonment lives in the conversation between the two.

The MOVE Framework

M — Mindset

Understand the pattern and the story running it. Not positive thinking — real clarity about what's actually happening and why.

O — Observe Your Nervous System

Learn to read what your body is doing before it overrides your choice. The tightness, the guilt, the urgency to say yes — those are signals, not commands.

V — Validate & Reconnect

Honor why the pattern exists without shame. Your body learned this to survive. It's not a malfunction — it's an old program that needs updating, not judging.

E — Empowered Action

Choose from your Central Voice — the part of you that knows what you actually need — instead of reacting from the alarm. One intentional decision at a time.

MOVE Forward™ combines psychology, nervous system regulation, sound healing, and practical tools to help you stop abandoning yourself — not with affirmations, but with real, lasting change from the inside out

I don't work only with your thoughts or only with your body. We work with the conversation between both—because that's often where the self-abandonment pattern keeps repeating.

MOVE Forward™ is for you if...

You've tried mindset work, affirmations, and self-help — and you're still stuck in the same patterns.

You understand your patterns intellectually but your body keeps overriding what you know.

You're navigating a life transition — a breakup, a divorce, a career change, motherhood, a move — and you're losing yourself in the process.

You're a people-pleaser who's exhausted from putting everyone first — and you know it needs to change but guilt stops you every time.

You grew up in a culture or family where being "good" meant disappearing — and your body still follows that rule.

You're ready to stop understanding the problem and start actually changing it.

Sound healing

Sometimes moving forward isn’t about thinking harder—it’s about giving yourself space to slow down and reconnect. Sound healing uses soothing vibrations, meditation, and intentional rest to support relaxation, release tension, and help you feel more grounded and present. It can be experienced on its own or integrated into the MOVE Forward™ experience as a mind-body practice.
