Payment, Orders, and Refunds — Physical & Digital Products
· All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
· Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
· Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Delivery times may vary.
· All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or chargebacks unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
· If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at breakuprecoverycards@gmail.com.
Coaching Session Rescheduling & Refund Policy
All coaching sessions and group programs are non-refundable. Because coaching is a collaborative process, refunds are not issued for sessions that are attended, missed, or later deemed unsatisfactory.
Clients are entitled to one (1) complimentary reschedule per session, requested at least 24 hours in advance.
After that one reschedule has been used, any further rescheduling will only be considered in the case of a documented emergency (medical emergency, accident, hospitalization, or death or serious illness of an immediate family member), submitted in writing.
Beyond this, no further rescheduling will be granted. If a session is missed without the required 24-hour notice, or without documentation of a qualifying emergency, the session will be considered forfeited, and a new session must be purchased to continue.
All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to breakuprecoverycards@gmail.com. Requests made through social media or other informal channels will not be considered official.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to the Breakup Recovery Card Deck, coaching materials, text, images, branding, and design, is the property of Moving Forward with Ceci LLC and protected under copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our Products or Services without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
