Services and Products
Moving Forward with Ceci LLC is committed to providing high-quality coaching services, group programs, and personal development products for active participants.
Coaching sessions and group programs are non-refundable. Clients are entitled to one (1) complimentary reschedule per session; after that, further rescheduling is only available in the case of a documented emergency (medical emergency, accident, hospitalization, or death or serious illness of an immediate family member). Digital and physical products, including the Breakup Recovery Card Deck, are non-refundable except as described below.
Refund & Chargeback Policy — Physical & Digital Products
Due to the personal and reflective nature of our products, all product sales are final. Refunds, returns, or chargebacks are not permitted.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery by emailing breakuprecoverycards@gmail.com and including clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Once the damage is verified, a replacement product will be sent at no additional cost. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
